Adding Additional Features

We offer subscription packages that span twelve months, six months, three months, or just one month. Although the subscription page highlights the monthly or weekly cost for each option (to help you compare the relative cost of the packages), your subscription package is charged in full when you subscribe. If you would like to be charged on a monthly basis, simply choose the 1-month package.

In addition, all of our subscription packages include auto-renewal. If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you can turn off auto-renewal at any time after you finish purchasing your subscription.

We offer different subscription levels. You can also choose to add some additional features to your subscription.

Adding a Subscription

If you already have an active subscription, sometimes you might want to purchase another one before it expires. For example, if you have a 1-month subscription and you want to add a 6-month term to it, you don’t have to cancel your 1-month subscription and wait for your subscriber benefits to expire. Instead, you can add a new subscription to your account ahead of time.

Simply sign in to your account and go to your Subscription Status page, then follow these steps:

1. Under your current subscription package, click on “Choose an additional subscription package.”
2. Select a subscription package.
3. Click on “Continue.”
4. Enter any payment information that may be requested.
5. Click on “Subscribe.”

You will be charged immediately, and your new subscription period will begin when your current subscription period ends.

Upgrading a Subscription

You may want to upgrade your current subscription package by adding premium features. Some of our premium features (like Private Mode and GoJUCY Connect, for example) will renew along with your subscription. Other types of premium features are one-time purchases (like EXCITE and TOP Features).

To add premium features, sign in to your account and go to your Subscription Status page, then follow these steps:

1. Under your current subscription package, click on “Buy additional GoJUCY.com services.”
2. Locate the feature you want to add, and click on “Buy Now.”
3. Enter any payment information that may be requested.
4. Click on “Subscribe” or “Buy Now.”
   
   

You will be charged immediately. The cost of renewing features (like Private Mode and GoJUCY Connect, for example) will be pro-rated for the rest of your current subscription term. When your subscription renews, these premium feature will also renew.

Please know, per our Terms of Use, our subscriptions are non-refundable:

“If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you won’t be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.”

If you would like to cancel your subscription – you can do so on the Manage Subscription page.

Similarly, your subscription fee will not be refunded if GoJucy terminates your account for inappropriate behavior:

“The Company may terminate or suspend your subscription and/or membership in the Service at any time without notice if the Company believes that you have breached this Agreement, including, but not limited to, by using the Website and Service for non-personal use, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communications or activities, and any breach of your representations and warranties. Upon such termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees and, if applicable, all unpaid subscription amounts and other fees you owe will immediately be due. The Company is not required to disclose, and may be prohibited by law from disclosing, the reason for the termination or suspension of your account.”

Receiving a Free Trial

A free trial is a great way to test out our subscriber benefits while you’re thinking about purchasing a subscription. It allows you to use the subscriber-only benefits for free for 7 days.

When you have a free account, we’ll often send you promotional emails with free trial offers and other discounts. So if you’re interested, go to the Email Preferences section on your Account Settings page and make sure “GoJUCY Offers” are turned on.

Redeeming a Free Trial

When you receive a free trial offer, the email will include instructions for redeeming it. You’ll be asked to choose a paid subscription package and provide payment information so that you can automatically keep your subscriber benefits when your free trial is over. If you decide you don’t want to be charged, simply cancel your subscription before the free 7 day trial period ends.
